Only 50 mt. apart from the beautiful beach of Bagnaia (gravel) are this hotel and residence arrangement with modern equipped apartments for 2-8 persons. It was originally  the summer seat of a wealthy florentine family. In 1990 it was completely reconstructed and converted into beautiful vacation homes and hotel rooms. Surrounded by much green , under mediterranean pines all apartments and the rooms have two or three bedrooms, kitchen, terrace or small garden with garden furniture and their seperate entrance, Sat. TV, telephone, bath/shower. Directly nearby are a mini market, a bazaar, restaurant, pizzerias and a boat rental business.
