• Should I reserve a ticket for the ferry boat beforehand?

  In each case recommendable:the earlier you book, the lower the tariffs. With arrival/departure on weekends starting from the end of May to the middle of October it is essential. Flexibility is possible nevertheless.

• May I take my pet with me?

  In many vacation homes and/or also hotels problem-free, always indicate during inquiry/reservation . Sometimes for a small extra charge. Near Porto Azzurro there is a special "dog beach".

• How proceeds the payment after I have booked?

  After the reservation you do a pre-payment of 30% by bank credit transfer. The remainder is either in advance by transfer or with arrival to pay in bar or in some cases if indicated as credit card.

• I fall ill or must cancel the booking for other reasons

  Here it depends on when we got a short notice from you. The cancellation fees you may take from the AGB (general trading conditions). Problem-free you can conclude with your insurance companies within the legal periods - usually until 7-10 days after reservation - with our reservation confirmation and the AGB.

• Can apartments be booked for single days also?

  Yes, in the early and late season. From June until the middle of September only weekly.

• Is it possible to save the money for the final cleaning by doing it myself?

  This is not possible, a thorough cleaning requires special cleaning equipments and cleanser. Therefore each arrangement has own personnel, which provides for the cleaning.

• I locally need a medic or a drug

  If you need regularly special medicines, we ask you to obtain a sufficient provision in your homeland. If you need medical assistance or a physician, you can contact us, and we inform appropriate persons for you. On Elba there is a German-speaking physician and also dentist. All medicines are to get quickly, at relative low prices.

• What happens if I send my leaflet to Elbatours?

  Your leaflet will be sent to us by mail and rightly handeled. You´ll get answer as quickly as possible and we submit you an offer.
